Any good brand model of 9v charger other then MAHA one?? Looking for one that can charge up any capacity and at least a 9.6V rechargable

Most likely i am getting an adapter cause i wanna use a portable amp both from PCDP and home cd player.. Any adapter good brands? the adapter shld have RCA left and right in and a female stereo mini 3.5

ANy recomendation for left and right RCA to stereo mini male plug?? LHS got do this combination?? ot do i get an adapter?? ANy recomendation for the adapter?? thx

I just swapped my Firestone's adaptor with the one from Jaben

 

Found out that all newer 24V adaptors included with Firestone amps/DAC feature 3mm tips instead of the 2.5mm tip of the earlier models. Firestone products have a 3mm AC input jack, so all the older adaptors fit - the newer ones fit better

So does jaben sell the adapter 2.5 mm one alone? how much?

Cause I was new to this hobby at that time and the RCA connectors broke off...Thinking that there was no way to solder them back, I left them there...And in the end, I threw them away... That was a stupid act...

Hmmm, I been thinking of getting the Squeezebox 3 as well so that I could have a setup based around my comp....At first I was thinking of the electrocompanient CDP but now I may have second thoughts and try the Bel Canto instead....And OMG!! I need an amp...I want back that Earmax that I threw away

I did tried using my panasonic PCDP optical out to my recording SHarp MD and play the CD using the DAC in the Sharp MD player it sound much better then the ripped track in the recorded MDs.

I think the only forum to search for the most variety of banana stand got to be SGheadphones... Will post mine version i got from OG one of this days

I saw Stereo selling a 9V charger with auto off. Cheaper than Nextcell one. Not batteries included though.

any info a spec or brands for me to search in he net?? The nexcell one has almost same and good spec as the maha but charge 2 batteries only... They are charge based and not timing based with tickle charge functions

I intended to get the nexcell charger and upgrade their batteries to maha.. too bad it is not sold in Eastgear anymmore.. May i know where can i get this charger...

Eastgear just replied they no more carry stock for the nexell charger and batteries... Some companies are just plain or do not bother to updates their wesite... Maha is good but it can charge 4 pc together overkill for me...

TO me there is no way a DAP can win a decent CD player in SQ... perhaps you need a proper decent CD player to let you sit throught all yr CD albums. Also get a decent inexpensive tube amp like LD2+ or XS708B..

I just bought a 9.6V 230mAh battery from Eastgear - costs $19.00. And yeah, the 24V Firestone Amp AC adaptor in Jaben fit the GoVibe (the demo set), but the one I have at home is too big?!

 

I went round checking the prices for regulated 24V AC adaptors with changeable tips, and they range from $24-$79. All are switching types, and feature a big, honking, transformer module

 

And yeah, the GoVibe V5 sounded divine with the AKG K601. I really should be trying it out with my other phones, but I was having too much fun with the AKG K601

How to check the PSU is regulated?? Eastgear also selling the Nexell 9v charger with free 2 x 9V for $35 only did you got that charger?? looks like a good deal as the charging voltage is still higher then 9.6 v so might be able to charge the maha also
