I was obsessed with my speaker system for awhile; trying to tweak it to perfection, but working long irregular hours in a new role at the office meant I couldn't spend much time with them.

 

Then I thought an office headphone system will solve the problem, so setup a HD800 & WA6 in my room driven by a HRT DAC streamed from my notebook.

 

However, seems like I rarely finish a single tune before my phone rings or someone comes knocking; forcing me to stop. I slowly lose interest and now both systems are just sitting there...

 

There only system which I get to listen to regularly seems to be my stock car stereo...sigh

I can sympathise with your "condition", wait until you get a family....

Turn off your irritating phone, close your eyes and just enjoy the music, take it from me, phone watching kills even your love life.

He's at work so he has to watch the phone, unless he wants to get an unfriendly letter from his boss.

the mini3 schematic presented the POWER, GROUND, LEFT & RIGHT.

 

On the CMOY, it has POWER, LEFT & RIGHT.

 

So you mean, did I put the ground of the mini3 to the cmoy scheme? If so, yes I integrate it to my revised schematics. Is it correct? Thanks

If you incorporate the schematics which include the TLE chip (precision ground) then it is correct.

I hope the newbies in this forum can please read the rules and regulations before attempting to post WTS. I don't like to have to increase the warning level of anyone who don't follow the rules, so please don't post WTS if you don't qualify.

The rules precede my appointment as mod and most members like it the way it is, so please do refrain from breaking them.

Ah, Cosina. My first SLR camera was a Cosina. Memorable because the shutter button dropped off after a couple of years. Found it was glued on and the glue dried up. :-))

Ouch. Indeed times have changed. Used to be the automatic machines to process and print the films were all over the island. Hmmm.... I am feeling old.

Have not touch film for a long time. Where to find film stock and also where to process them? Still got two film cameras and lenses.

i do want the noise cancellation but dont want to sacrifice sound quality for it. Is the sound quality comparable?

If you want noise cancellation then you shouldn't be looking at PX200. Sennheiser has noise cancellation phones too, in the same family as PX200, eg. PXC250.

I haven't heard the DT235 but owned the ATH-M50 for a short while and must say it is extremely good value for money. I changed from the ATH-M50 to DT150 which cost abt 2-3 times more.

You can find both at Stereo Electronics showroom at Plaza Singapura. Ask the sales staff for other recommendations, they are friendly and helpful. You may even be able to try the phones before buying.
