  1. Hi,

    I'd like to conduct an interest check for the Shure SE210. I have a friend overseas who has several sets to clear due to excess from a bundling deal in his shop. If people are interested, I can bring them in at $150. They will be brand new but will only be available in black. MSRP is S$279. Warranty will be two years from Shure but you will have to ship them to Hong Kong as their service center here does not welcome products brought overseas. If interested, please drop me an email at chong.kenneth@mac.com. Estimated delivery will be first week of May.

    Description of Item : Shure SE210 (Black Only)

    Condition : Brand New in Box

    Warranty : 2 Years

    Selling price : $150

    Preferred Location : Bishan/West

  2. Thinking of selling off my Shure E500. Its a brand new set that I got as a replacement from Shure and comes with all the accessories. The original fit kit with all the eartips is still unopened and sealed and I only used the Push to Hear module a few times. Still has about a year and a half of warranty from Shure. If interested, PM or email me at chong.kenneth(at)mac.com. Looking to sell for about $600+.

  3. I'm heading back to SG next Friday from Beijing and my luggage is a little empty. I'm helping bring back a Micro Tube for a friend so I wonder if anyone else would be interested. Limit will be 10kg for all orders. Prices are based on Clemo's recent MO but sans GST.

    LD MicroTube: $260 1.95kg

    LD 2++: $200 Max of 2 units.

    LDM+: $53 No real limit, but within reason.

    For other models, please PM me first.

    Interested parties, please leave a message here. Will probably close the MO before the beginning of next week if there's enough demand. Once MO is closed, orders will have to be paid up by POSB bank transfer. Oh, leave your contact number so I can contact you once I get back to SG for collection. I'll be in SG for roughly one week so there should be more than enough time for collection

  4. Selling a Headroom Total Bithead USB DAC/Amplifier. Works as a portable amplifier with a 3.5mm jack as well. This is the 2005 edition without the gain selector. Comes with 1 USB cable, 1 interconnect and a bunch of stick feet. Selling for $200. Email at chong.kenneth@mac.com if interested. Batteries included.

  5. I don't think any of the fault here is on Jaben and Wilson. He never said that the customs were made by Westone. When i asked him who made them when I got my impressions done, he did not say Westone. Simply, what happened is a customer got the customs, thought it was a UM56 or a "Custom One Off" and described it to others as a such. Stereo Electronics investigated and created the announcement.

    Did Jaben or Stereo do anything wrong? No, they did not, in any way you look at it, lie.

    Was Stereo's announcement unethical? In my opinion, no. They were simply telling the public that not all custom earmolds are UM56's.

  6. As long as you don't lose them, they're generally a very good investment. They can last for several years instead of several weeks for foamies and several months for silicon tips. They also offer (usually) superior isolation and are near the top in sound.
