  1. if u want to listen to almost full potential of dt 150, i suggest u go to someone's place who had the dt 150 fully burned-in. then u can really decide whether it's for u or not.

for me, i'm just curious how the dt 150 would sound like and i happen to be at SLS so just pop by hung brothers to have a listen wink.gif

  2. i had a brief audition with the dt 150 at hung brothers today.

it's better than my dt 880 and somemore it's a new set.

it was powered by a Creek OBH-21SE(cant really remember the model number)

the bass is good...no brightness or harshness consider it's a new set

very different from my dt 880 when it's new tongue.gif

i cant say for now if i like the sound or not because i only had a very brief audition.

the price they qoute me was S$424 but i was given a "special price" which i was quite surprised. hmmm... maybe they jacked up the price tag of S$424. all i can say it's that their "special price" is abit higher than Mackie's.

  3. Mackie, the one in XLO cd is only 1 min long and its frequency range is from 40Hz-19kHz. apart from the gradual tone, it also integrates a "up down up down" tone (cant really describe it well)

mine is 5 min long, frequency range from 20Hz-20kHz in 1Hz increments but dont have the "up down up down" thingy. anyway, refer to the first post of this thread. it has the description of the cd that i made
