  1. thanks for the replies guys...yup will be looking out for the cowon players when i head to town later
  2. Hi guys, does anyone here own the e200 series? Or has anyone heard the sound quality? Lost my mp3 player...now on the lookout to replace it...the e200 series looks nice, and has quite a big capacity as well... Don't need a player that can play videos, and prefer flash-drive based player as I move around quite frequently. Any recommendations? TIA!
  3. Hi guys, would like recommendations for either earphones or clip-ons. Tried in-ear types before but can't seem to get a good fit. Find headphones too bulky. Budget is ~$150. Listen mainly to pop, rock, new age.
  4. icic...thanks for the input! yup i read some people saying that they miss the bass impact of the e888... no one using the CM7TI or CM7 here? would like to read their reviews...coz can't audition the models...
  5. I mainly listen to mainstream music, chinese classical, new age, and some heavy metal. Not into trance and stuff. Can't audition the EW9, but I suppose you have some experience with it. How does it compare with the 888? What about sound leakage? I know that's a minor issue with cans, but still wanna know how serious it is...
  6. Hi everyone, first post here, hope to get some recommendations from the gurus here. My Sony E888 is showing signs of wires breaking, therefore looking for a new pair of earphones / clip-ons. Not sure what is the correct term of it, but clip-ons for me are those small round earphones that cover the whole ear, but smaller than headphones. Don't like those earphones shaped like ear-plugs. Have tried them before and am not comfortable with that type. Budget is max S$250. Currently looking at Audio-Technica ATH-EW9, ATH-EM9D, ATH CM7TI. Any recommendations apart from these few I should look out for? I have not tried those clip-on type of earphones before. Can anyone enlighten me on their pros and cons? Many thanks!
