  1. Do you own a piano and have you ever tried practicing at night?

Threadstarter just wanted a recommendation for a headphone for a digital piano, I don't think he mentioned anything about playing in the night or even if he's looking for a headphone because it was too noisy playing it.

I don't have a digital piano but a acoustic piano that my kid plays and he usually don't connect a headphone to it so frankily speaking, I don't know if it would still be noisy enough to disturb the neighbours even with open headphone on?? I mean I know you can hear a open can from a distance but neighbours?

For the threadstarter, read from the internet that your P70 weighs 13kg and only if it's not too troublesome to bring your digital piano along, you can bring them along to audition the headphones to confirm for yourself that what you hear is what you want.

    Cheers ^_^

  2. I have a set of akg k14p and they have very clear mids and treble, although a little lean on the bass. Didn't have a very good impression on the mx550 because it broke down 2 weeks after I got them.

stereo is probably the shop you should visit if you want to see both akg and sennheiser, if you decide on sennheisers, then best denki, courts, sim lim.
