I still got 1 wheeing sound that i haven solved yet. Whenever i touch the wires from the pot to the tube the wheeing increases. So how to fix this problem?

Negative. You need AC current to do the voltage multipler.

the sw not very good for single layer unless u are using double layer.... i find eagle more suitable

You get more flexibity with perf cause not all components fit the original pcb size. Meaning you gotta find the exact same components to fit the pcb. As you can see from my soha the FC caps are 2 -3 bigger than squalle and other ppl. Also i used round recitifers instead of the square ones

I grounded my pot.. It seem most of the major loud buzz are gone. Now left are those minor buzz and wheeee randomly

No picture hard to see.... It seem that GL-5963 is a very old tube. Dated 1950+ from what i dig out of the net. Any other tube without the GL model number is the newer ones. I think we got could have gotten a rare gem. Same with the RCA

nos tubes built quality are better than nowaday mass produce tube. Last time where got machine to do it. Mostly handled by human worker 1 by 1.

none of the reason above.... NOS = New old stock... means they are NEW but haven been used on anything yet of coz you want new tube or old tube. Tube once at it 95% capacity is = 5% life left

I think this one are a newer make ones.
