ok update on the service. firstly the audio techinca place is located in some "oolu" building . they show a picture of a building with thier brand on it but actaully dont have. i spet 2hrs looking for the place and finally one DHL delivery man asked me if i was lost . i siad yea and he asked me which company i was looking for. once i said audio techinca he very professionaly gave me directions including the floor number building name and unit number. power man.
ok the service. the people there are very welcoming and the gal out the counter super chio . i just explained my problem to her. then she asked me to come back in 3 days i damn surprised. so i pressure her to give by today so she keeping a smiley face went to the techical staff and abt 10mins later came witha new set for me > the end. overall great service . but the location of the place sux.
