I see, the shop actually told me that there is a fibre optic cable and a normal optical cable and the price difference is like 4 times.

I didnt get the so called fibre optics cable though.

Can i check with anyone here, if there is a difference btw optical and fibre optics...

Its alright, I have a canare starquad for sale though terminated with Neutrik quarter inch on one end and a mini neutrik 3.5mm on the other end. Not sure if you will be interested.

i did, i have 3 amps as output, but sometimes i like to have the cdp direct to my headphones, esp my k240

ACtually i would say look at the Audio Technica ONTO, nice cheap and chic, i doubt girls will really like those bulk designs. something nicer looking would be valued more i guess.

i am not really sure about my amp, my tranny is at the back and I can't have a single bumps-on at the front cos it will sort of 'rock' when i plug and unplug my headphones.

I am currently using bumpons for my cdp too, but looking to change them, i tot the pumice were good but they were sort of brittle and can leave quite a bit of stuff on the old desk that i have for my cdp. Any to recommend?
