Hi guys: I just got this er4p from Hung brothers last Saturday for S$580, I like the sound, super detail, super smooth and neutral sound, and that kind of transparency, better than my K501 and W100. But , my ear won't accept outsiders sticking in, it make me uncomfortable So, I deside to let it go for S$520! It's brand new, only three days of use... To my experience, player difference can be greater than format difference. It's quite hard to tell unless you use very good headphones, cd sound can be a little bit airier while md can sound a bit dry at high freq. I have sharp 831 md player and panasonic sl-sx510 pcdp. I like sharp md players. Cheers
