In the US, if you don't mind the little wait in shipping from out of state, you can save all the Sales Taxes and a lot of the merchants provide local shipping for free, so it is definitely much easier to get stuff cheaper in the US. And yes, Size matters.. the US market is more than 100x bigger than Singapore's which helps.

Yes, agree. Size matters a lot. The same merchant with the same profit margin may flurish in US size market but die in singapore size market. That is why the world is looking to US and the forthcoming china so much.

I am not so sure, but it looks that ppl get bargains much easier in US than in singapore. PPL mo ksc 75 from amazon at less than 30 dollars, and some shops selling KSC 75 above 60. You see the difference.

audiophile concern themselves more on technical side of the sound quality. Music lovers may happily listening on lousy equipments. Audiophiles can not stand bad equipments, they are spoiled.

Someone care to share the experience? I had thought to go there and try before but gave up in the end. With the price difference, is DAC1 worthwhile comparing with the china made DACs on offer?

It is actually quite discouraging to impose such a rule (member with > 50 posts can create new topic in classifieds section). Considering such a limited headphone audiophile user base in singapore, maintaining higher user involvement is a more important thing to care about than occasionally someone doing something improper.

It is good to see people honest in dealing with others, customers or competitors. Great.

It does not look as attractive as sgheadphones as of now. sgheadphones as least have more focus.

Maybe singapore market size not big enough so they pay little attention? Anyway, realized that price for these korean brands are a bit expensive, difficult to fight with apple.
