LOL, I know but never saw so many UM within a week
-
On Sunday saw a guy using iAudio X5L coupled with an amp and listening to UM2 (I think so) at Dhoby Ghaut MRT station to Jurong east, around 6pm. Nowadays saw quite a number of people using UM2/UM1.

for daily commute I will compromise and don't expect to hear much details,
BTW, I have a ER4S collecting dust not in used, you interested?
-
how about a Sennheiser HD25-1? but they are overpriced imo.
I had read from elsewhere that they sound similar to Grado, with good clarity and dynamic. They are closed headphones, a good alternative to IEMs.
ah ha, I found a similar question in head-fi:

oops, sorry, I was talking about the beneficiary bank charged me at S$2.50 for the transfer cost, yes, if you are first time using outward TT there will be an one time sign-up fee of S$20, plus another handling commission at S$10. The Telex charge is always incurred for an outward TT. Sorry for any misunderstanding.
-
yes, vary from bank to bank, i sent euro to germany, it charged me for S$2.50 only for TT,
much cheaper than PayPal. -
1. ACS-T2Pro
2. Corda Opera
3. Supermacro IV maxout
4. Omega II / SRM-007tA
5. Grado HP-1000
Sigh. Never have enough.
-
just go to a bank outlet, and fill in a telegraphic form with recipient's bank details , and send the money. You must also instruct bank you will take all transfer costs if you are purchasing from somebody in ebay or head-fi. Do you need to responsible for all transfer costs? If not then never mind.
I have not done it online, yet.

After reading the South Florida meet impressions on SP Extreme, it seems to be very versatile and can drive K1000, R10, RS-1, HD600/HD650 without sweating!
And what's more, the price is really attractive (US$899 or US$1600 for Extreme Platinum) !! However, I already have an Earmax Pro which serves me very well, shall I go for it?
Decision decision.... I hate this hobby

My AM 650 Pro is in by home country. Perhaps I can bring it with me next time when I come back to Singapore in someday this year.
I wish to know it is any regular gathering in Singapore? We do have a gathering every month in my country. So, in this Sunday my friends will play Wii and L3000G, GS1K, HD580, HD600 with some DIY Headamp, but so sad I can not attend the gathering this time.
L3000G? Only 50 sets in the world?! I admiring you guys. Is your friend's L3000G serial number 38? I am guessing something

Heads up!
somebody get their hands on Opera already!
http://www6.head-fi.org/forums/showthread.php?t=210867
For K1000 users:
I was quite astonished to find that this worked out quite well. I would not go so far to say that this is “the” amp for the K-1000, but for those users of the K-1000 who have not yet found the right amplifier and like to have only one headphone amp, the Opera is sure worth a try. -
I not getting myself a cdp cause I spend most of my time in camp lol. Looking for a good pdcp with lineout though.
can try panasonic SL-CT720, pcdp with true line-out for connection to portable amp. I have one and like it very much.
