I didnt know we had another from TP here, Sahfahri the previous president is my friend. Im in the sch rugby team but i stepped down as captain already cuz of club n national commitments. I think there are more fellow TP guys around in here as well.

Aaron, u should look up the touchsingapore website. They are a pure touch rugby organization. They have many teams under them and there is a summer touch league going on every saturday at Turf City. Go check it out if yer interested.

im not very particular on dvd's since i just back up for short term basis most of the time. After that i usually dont need them anymore.

No, i bought some prestigio blank dvd-r that was goin for 10 bucks for 25 pcs. I thought that it was the lowest price i could find until i kept on walking abit more. *smack head*

Just came back and saw a fellow forumer there. We were both checking out the nikon booth and the audio technica booth at the same time.

Best deal for me was the 25pcs of blank dvds goin for 9bucks. I saw the latest dvd burners (18x!) going for 65 bucks with 25pcs of dvds free.

I have been comparing pictures from both and decided i liked the very slightly warmer photos from the sigma better. Im not so particular on sharpness because its comparable to my d70 stock lenses. Last reason is that it costs quite a bit more for the 1mm of difference.

Given the pricerange that he specified.. he may not be able to afford it.

I heard the K1000 a while back at the previous meet and i must say that i loved it. Given the proper amplification, it sounds absolutely wonderful with the lush midrange and bass. Yes bass. Im a basshead and was pleasantly surprised to hear a generous amout of bass but the bass depends on the amp used though.
