Xiao_Catz replied to shahboy's topic in Portable Audio

-
thanks for the notification its more shure like style i too wear my sf3/5pro that way too anyway welcome to the forum
-
hmm some ppl won't like it cause the mirror is gone no point wasting extra money on it when u're planning to sell it off
-
if u consider IEM might as well u go for E2C or u add $9 more to either get an um1 or sf3 both cope quite well when playing *helena* cans wise 81DJ's grip and its bass can give u a real headache after use or u can try ATH ES7 which is somewhere around your budget also*correct me if i am wrong* and its one of the chiorest cans around
-
well practically both OC and SR80 are 2 different things one is active noise cancelling headphones the other is open so can't really compare with both of them
-
no pain no gain the lesser u invest the lesser u gain
-
pm me
-
or u can try Senn's HD 121 pro or EH250 also
-
nv mind not selling anymore keep it for spare unless.......
-
but depends one la some ppl dun mind using open cans outside
-
actually Grado are more for ROCK genre then alassandro
-
as stated above Stereo which is located in causewaypoint or Jaben which is located in adelphi opposite funan stereo can let u test the headphones not sure about jaben the price of Sr60 will be $120 and 81DJ should be around $108
-
oops forget to add u can find and test those headphones IEM in Stereo in causewaypoint and jaben in Aldephi opposite funan
-
actually u can try some entry level IEM's like E2c/um1 and its not a crime to bring a headphone on the go walking on the streets (although some ppl will stare at u more) i did bring my big sony XD300 out last time and headphone wise for your budget u can get Grado Sr60 or AKG 81 DJ both are quite good for ROCK
-
like i said be4 u will get used to the treble and 'S' overtime so dun worry clear flex is a good alternative also
-
same to me its balanced as in SF3 too but i think the treble is abit lacking for me

yup 3 pairs of short /long comply are with it erm not really to me its quite balanced there are sharper IEMs around u can try shure E2c cause its a dynamic D so treble won't be so sharp as balance armatures
