  1. My ears sweat a lot too. My DT880 looked disgusting just after a week or two, so had to wash quite often and the velvet looked real bad after a short while.

I think real leather is best as my sweat will keep it soft and shiny..... :P

:shocking: soft and shiny? but does it feel icky after a while...

so... which would be a better recommendation for sweaty ears? sponge or leather

Just pop 4 Sanyo eneloop batteries and get a USB charger, you can charge it via computer USB.

Don't worry, nothings wrong with the Pico, in fact I like the cosmetic and size of the Pico better than any portable amps out there but of cos you should audition the i-Qube first.

I may be temped to buy the i-qube once i listen to it... :P

What is your opinion on the Pico compare to the i-qube? is it worth the bucks for the pico or i-qube is more worth it.

put it this way, in terms of SQ, the iBasso T2 to closer to the Toma than the Toma to the i-qube.

yeah but then there would be no point of me getting the T2 if it sounds the same as the toma

The Pico is available in the non-DAC version which I have, it's very well built and small, in comparision to my Hornet, it made the hornet look like it was made in China.

Soundwise, the pico is definitely better than the Hornet in many area. Firstly, it's quieter and I can appreciate quiet classical passages better. Vocal tracks sounds detail and bass is tight and controlled, probably loses out to the hornet in speed and attack which I don't listen to most of the time.

Still I'm returning the Pico back to Justin tomorrow, did I mention I did a A/B with the i-qube? ;)

Why you returning the pico? anything wrong with it?

I dun want the i-qube becos its too big an bulky. Want something smaller... I am currenty using the tomahawk

  4. Closed-cans normally offer better isolation and quieter. Whereas the open ones, would sound more airy and open, but you can hear environmental sound pollution and they can hear yours as well.

You would really need to state your budget or everyone will start to recommend HIGH DAMAGE headphones.

But in terms of sound wise... which gives a fuller sound
