Just got it yesterday. Paid slightly than S$100. Haven really test it yet so cannot comment much.

Argh...! That's just too long.
-
Finally, my PA2V2 arrived together with my Cardas. Guess it's my early christmas present and opened it already .

Any quote on the prices? -
What ever, I still come to your shop due to the distance compared to MBD. Lol..! I'll drop by MBD soon to actually check out the shop.
-
What's Zu cables? Didn't see any on their webby. OT : Finally my PA2V2 arrive together with my Cardas.
-
Really? That sounds good enough for me. By the way do they sell any Grado accessories? Might be getting the Stereo to Stereo Mini converter if I get the SR-325i so I can plug to my portables.
-
Never was their customer. The Grado SR-80 was bought from Stereo. More inclined in buying the SR-325i but will test out some ATs as pointed by some.
-
But how to audition the cans? Is it like 325i but just more balanced as mentioned in head-fi? Better bass and less harsh treble?
-
Me too either getting the A900 od the SR-325i. Do keep us informed about it's performance if you're getting one.
-
Yup. Bought my "Carbon" E4c using the link provided. But no more 35% off. Its 30% off now. My friend complained to me when I showed him the link telling him about the 35% off and he screamed it's 30% now!!!
-
Whatever strategy they're doing, it's certainly appealing as I feel like changing my E4c "carbon" to the black ones.
-
The thing is that I don't feel comfortable auditioning at the shop. The shop owner will be looking at me. Had one experience when I was deciding to get the Grado SR-60 or 80. Just tested both at most for 8~10min. It was ok as I was definately buying it and got the SR-80 due to better bass.

Ok... I tried to listen to radio but the sound is just too awful. I got a radio clock Sony Dream Machine. Budget is less than $300 but can stretch till $350. Been eyeing the Cambridge Audio DAB 500 or maybe with my budget, Azur 340T?
-
It can only be bought online right? The waiting I, think will kill me. Still waiting for my PA2V2 and Cardas mini to mini that I ordered last week. If I have to endure this again I rather go to City Hall and go to MBD auction the cans, satisfied, purchase it, admire it in the MRT and finally listen to the new cans once reach home.

The thing is that I want to upgrade to something that's good enough so that I'll not upgrade too often. Will purchase more equipment next year. A DAB, proper AMP and a CDP. Right now I only have a PCDP connect to my X-Fi as I don't have any amp yet so my X-Fi Elite's console is my amp now.

Damn you're making me scared. I'm having a slight ringing in my right ear. Should this cause for an alarm? I freaking out man...
-
Yup... I used an optical cable. Saw the red light emmited but no sound.
-
Wah... Chinese New Year! Too long man. Even right before Christmas is way too long for me. I hope it comes before end of this week. Tmr maybe.
-
Thanks... That really brighten my day. Wait, wait, wait...
-
Ok... Guess it's quite a big decision getting the SR-325i. The thing is that I don't have an amp. Even my PA2V2 hasn't arrive yet. Now using my old Sony discman connected to the X-Fi console via the line out and already can hear the difference. Wonder how a CDP would sound like. Seems that the console cannot read the optical out of my discman. Sigh...
-
Which one? Not really into AT but if it's worth it why not.
-
Have been eyeing the SR-325i as it's simply gorgeous. Well I don't have a CDP (yet). I'll be connecting the Grados to my X-Fi Elite Pro > PA2V2(soon) > SR-325i (if I'm getting). My music are MP3 having a bit rate of 192(most), 256(some), 320(rarely) and monkey audio (those I rip myself). Do you think getting the cans is just an overkill? I'll listen to pop/rock and sometimes, rather rarely to classical.

Sorry, might sound odd. Any pictures of the finished product? Can collect at Yew Tee right? Coz I live at Yew Tee. Mackie answers: No pictures dude but it's well done. If U're interested I gotta check on prices of the cable as most have gone up owing to pricier copper prices in the metals market.
