I don't think LP replaces CD entirely. As the fake ang mo says, some new releases are not available on LP. Also, on some days, you just want the convenience of CD... especially when you want to play the same track over and over and over again... You actually need BOTH... Don't dismiss STAX until you hear my rig bro...

I might... Call or PM me if you're interested...we can work something out. Haven't decided if I want to keep it to drive the K1000 in future or forget the K1000 altogether. Or I may just keep it for my Grados with a TT - a truly analog rig... But the cost of setting up 2 rigs is pretty prohibitive...
