Hi everyone,
I would like to give a quick shoutout for an initiative that I am involved in. For a long time, there has been many people in Singapore wanting to form a group where tech meets art. This initiative is known as Hackerspace.SG. And what was a dream is now reality.
Hackerspace.SG [1] [2] has recently set up at 70A Bussorah Street [3]!
We're a little community for creative thinkers. Artists. Engineers. Designers. Musicians. Techies. Photographers. Writers. Hackers.
We're having our really awesome housewarming party at 70A Bussorah Street [4] and we'd like to invite you, and your bunch of geek-loving friends down for a little party!
The event's taking place on the 21st November at 6pm, held in conjunction with the Barcamp2009 [5] Afterparty and we want you to come! Chat [6] with us online too.
I see that a lot of people are tinkering with their headphones. Hackerspace.SG certainly more of such creative people. If anyone is interested in using the space, please let me know.
