Hi, New member here. I bought a pair of Korean brand (Crossroads) in-ear earphone from a shop at Adelphi about 2-3 years back. Now the left phones volume is very soft, but the right side still ok. Can anyone recommend anywhere or any reliable person where I can send it for repair? I like the earphones and I'd prefer to keep them if possible. Thanks.
