Ipod Nano 4G 16GB or Ipod Classic 80GB

Thinking of getting a Ipod and had been considering between Nano 4G 16GB or Classic 80GB. Will be getting the refurbished set. Would like to ask if there is any SQ difference between the 2.

Will be using the line out connecting to my iBasso T4. Appreciate your opinions.
