scholes25 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2003 Hi all, Non-headgear posting but need help from all of you. I just got myself a used Sonus Faber Grand Piano,Walnut finished. The leather portion of the speakers looks a little worn out. I was wondering if there are any ways to clean the leather and get the leather to look new. I am using the normal way of cleaning the wood portion, but I am not sure about the leather portion. Would appreciate any advice. Thank You
N@Z 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2003 If the original finish on the leather is not meant to be shiny i.e. matt try using Autoglym leather cleaner as it will clean the leather without leaving on a shiny wet looking surface more of a clean new sheen look. Use sparingly to prevent the creamy liquid from soaking into the leather. Trick I learned when I used to have leather seats on my car.
