Need to borrow a 120ohm impedancer!

I got the HA-100 china hybrid amp but its designed for 300ohm sennheisers so its pretty noisy with my grados. I heard from headphone crazy with this 120ohm impedancer it'll sound fine, can someone please lend me theirs for a few days?
