Recommended Posts

Have a Sharp DS8 MD player for sale.

Specs and Description:

Sharp MD-DS8 is Sharps new 2002 MDLP MiniDisc player with the world's first "Mobil 1-bit Digital Amp" and up to 180 hours playback time in LP4 mode. For the first time, Sharp introduces its famous 1-bit Digital Amplifier (used in its high end Auvi hi-fi systems) into MD-DS8, thereby increasing the sound quality during playback. Polar separated headphone adaptor to completely separate the left and right signals for better sound reproduction (used in conjunction with "Mobile 1-bit Digital Amp). Equipped with portable MiniDisc's "Dolby NR headphone system" which can project 3 different sound settings: Studio/Live/Dome. Onboard blinking LED light to indicate SP (1 time) / LP2 (2 time) / LP4 (4 time blinking) mode. Unit comes with with fashionable colors and iMac style recharge stand.

Bought S$420 in mid-January 2003. Warranty liased with Bluetin. Can test with no obligations but please bring your own earphones.

Price : $280 firm.

Condition 8/10. (A big scratch mark on the remote).

Comes with Battery and one small case with remote but charger runs on 110V. Need adapter.

Put it on sale cos' I'm not using it frequent enough and I already own a Sharp MT888 MD recorder (and perhaps to fund for Marantz CD17MkIII).
