cmk 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2004 (edited) Selling above reference tuner, was a Stereophile class B recommended component. Comes with remote and 16 presets, has signal strength indicator, wide/narrow band select, etc... Hi-fi World Magazine describes it as "The price of twenty concert tickets, and for that you can listen as if you were there. A bargain." http://www.hi-fiworld.co.uk/hfw/bgtuners.html Final fixed price $300. Edited June 13, 2004 by cmk
cmk 0 Report post Posted March 5, 2004 (edited) It is a very good analog tuner, unfortunately my low level apartment cannot get a very good radio signal to take full advantage of its capabilities. So if you are at least fairly serious about listening to good radio, especially 92.4, this can get you pretty good quieting and a big soundstage.
