im looking for a good sound quality headphone

Recommended Posts

hi peps.

recently have some money to spare for a good headphone.

almost wanted to buy one creative but it really aint any special bout the sound.

can anyone recommend any good headphones which have good sound quality and some noise cancellation.

budget is within $50-120.

hope to be nearer to $50 as much as possible if not then within the budget.

thanks

thanks for the suggestion.

i would prefer it not to be in-ear or clips.

read through previous posts and suddenly find myself annoying asking about the same qn.. haha

now i will be using the headphones mainly while i travel (bus, mrt, car) for both music and for psp gaming.

only px200 seems to be suitable, btw i find k26p quite ugly.

I too use the PSP to listen to music ever since my iPod drowned in a pool 3 weeks ago ... I find that the PSP doesn't provide much punch in the bass segment ... (maybe i'm just a bass freak party.gif )

For portable use, i think closed type better. You can try Audio Technica too. They got some very nice ones but i dunno how they sound and can be quite costly.

sennheiser has a good closed headphone that's pretty cheap, it's the Sennheiser HD 201. Check it out. May be a bit big though. If not definitely get the akg k26p. Iknow they look bad to you, but they sound great!
