NADC521BEE + NADC320BEE + MS912 COMBI.. Any good?? or comments??

Hi everyone, I already have the NAD amp and the Mordaunt Short 912 bookshelf speakers. Thinking of getting the NADC521BEE to complete the setup..

 

would this be ok? Anyone has any comments on any of the components??

 

What is a good price for the CDP and where can I get it or is there a better CDP at around the same price range??
