AKG K141 Monitor - 600Ohm version ?

was wondering if anyone heard of this headphone before. Come across it recently but didn't have the chance to trial it.

 

was very tempeted to just buy

hmm..why must you choose the 600ohm version?? are u in sound recording or audio industry??

sound i am not sure, i only heard k240 only, sound is good for its price. the 600 ohm version is definitely very difficult to drive, you will need a good headphone amp.

thanks for the info. BTW any idea why would there be a 600 ohm version? To make life difficult for the headphone amps? ?
