Good alternative for PX100 - PX30/PX40?

Currently I'm using a HD205(I maybe selling it here soon ) and I realized a small/light/portable headphone is more suitable for me now I'm looking for a portable headphone to use on my laptop and mp3 player for gaming,mp3s,etc.

 

I heard the PX100 got some good reviews but I found an old model PX30/PX40 at Best Denki. Can this PX30/PX40 be a good alternative for PX100 in terms of:

 

1. sound quality - would there be a big difference between PX100 and PX30/PX40.

2. comfort - Comfortable for me for long use.

3. price - PX30/PX40 cost $20-30 while PX100 cost $100+.

if you are considering the price range to be around $100, suggest you go and audition the akg k81's

 

its around that price range,comfort wise, you would have to "burn in" the headband for awhile, at the start, it will CLAMP onto your head like a vice!

 

and the headphones really have a sturdy build, and the price to performance ration is quite high imo........
