okw3188 0 Report post Posted February 4, 2007 Thanks for selling me the PA2V2, I'm listening to it now. My source is a Panasonic SL-CT720 line out via Canare L2B2 with Neutrik "L" plugs to the amp. I'm from the old school of hi-fi, those were the days whereby Linn Sondek LP12 and Western Electric 300B is my reference. I'm very impressed with Westone UM1(bought last weekend), never thought headphones can be that good! NOW, Any one for my UM2. bro .... im new to the this IEM stuff ...im currently using a sony ex71 ... don mind getting a better one... but can u pls advise me ... is there really a significant difference in sound between the ex71 & UM2.... Xiao_Catz 0 Report post Posted February 7, 2007 not significant its 2 worlds apart the bass is strong as Ex71 but not as muddy and the highs and mids all are hell better then ex71 cause last time i also use sony's ex51/71 but after i changed to my first IEM i nv looked back sry to budge into this thread juz giving my personal opinion Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
