After-sales-service for small headphones

Dear headphones ppl,

 

Am huge fan of small headphones, inner ear & bud type. Recently my CK5 becomes faulty on one-side (no sound), not knowing why, thou I did not stress the cable.

 

Bring to AT-Sg & they were quite reluctant to exchange with me thou its within ONE yr warranty as stated on the box. Am getting the after sales service due to me or am just asking too much? I got my CK5 repaired instead.

 

I would like to noe from the others how the Shure, AKG, sennhieser work for you if u have a faulty earphone sent for repair. One to one exchange? Or repair? Lets say is within ONE yr warranty.

Read the 1-year warrenty that comes with your product. If it does not state then the distributor has the right to either repair or replace.
