Where To Buy 75ohm Impedance Adapter Locally

I'm leaving Singapore soon and would like to purchase a 75ohm impedance adapter locally. I really like the APS one but shipping is not an option for me.

 

I have been scouting around to no avail. The APS kind is the one i'm looking for. I do not like the shure and ety one due to the short bit of cable.
