Dunno about the Iriver Spinn, but the iRiver H1x0 is superb, even right off the headphone jack.

Think that's a difficult question. Is Spinn even in Singapore?

 

Anyway, both have pretty good designs, but the older version of the P3 didn't have drag-and-drop support for MP3. Hope the 3G version improved on that.

I think iRiver is always famous for their good SQ among all others, but it's a rela pity they din go further into the HD player market. Otherwise I would follow to the end~
