  2. yessss its good to see these blue pages again on my screen! biggrin.gif

welly: regardin your question, I think you all should bookmark these .net pages from now on.

cos I won't have time to move the database back to the .com site again (school stresssss sleep.gif)

ie. these will be the new pages

and in future when sgheadphones.com comes back, the .com urls will basically redirect everything to these .net pages

ps. nice to see everyone again

    blush.gif

  3. sigh. sorry for the massive downtime guys.

    for those who don't know

our sgheadphones.com domain expired even though i paid more than a month before for it

couldn't reach our webhost for quite a few weeks

when I finally did turns out the webhost is now a one-man show (his partners left or something)

hence he's swamped, and thats how our account got overlooked and the domain renewal was neglected

well the sgheadphones.com domain should be back in our ownership in a while

but as "compensation", the webhost secured the .net domain for us temporarily until the .com domain comes back to us (the .net domain will still belong to us when that happens so www.sgheadphones.com and www.sgheadphones.net will both lead us back here!)

its taken so long to resolve the urls to .net even though the main page was up was cos i couldn't upload files to the server and couldn't edit the php files for the forum to work

had to notify the host again..and finally got him just now..

well to make a long story short..

    we're back!!

    yeah.gifyeah.gifyeah.gif

  4. I've also learnt the hard way not to consider any deal closed until I actually see the money. I've had people tell me that they confirm want to buy something then disappear for a few days only to tell me that they're not willing to pay the asking price. Very annoying. And these are the same guys that bombard you with questions. I've previously exchanged about TWENTY pms over a 1 week period with one individual who in the end backed out after initially telling me that he was "confirm" going to buy the item sleep.gif . The really serious buyers are those that have already done their research/homework, and usually it only takes 1 or 2 pms to close the deal with these guys.

    TOTALLY agree sleep.gif

  5. Anyone got the Nokia 6230 yet (ablaze)? Saw a friend's phone. Very impressively built for a Nokia. Very solid feel. I think this will be a very popular phone with the Nokia ppl as it has the same fun factor like the venerable 8210/8250 series.

    Specifications

Nokia's downloadable game 'mosquito' is highly addictive!

yes I got it! eager-beaver-me got it before it was officially launched here in sg! happy.gif

I love this phone. pretty tft screen. mp3 player (and the sound produced is arguably better than my ipaq!) mmc expandability, mp3 ringtones (to hell with polyphonic ringtones tongue.gif) bluetooth..and its blisteringly fast. (I'm guessing its cos of the mp3 player, hence the processors in the phone have to be faster, hence when the mp3 player isn't in use, everything else is just bliiiiisssteringly fast!)

    some gripes though:

no brightness/contrast settings for the screen.

photos taken have this blue-ish/grey-ish tinge. I'm hoping a firmware update'll fix it.

overall..this has got to be my favourite phone EVER. party.gif
