how are the KSC35s? good i hope... only using a pair of mx300s now as some temp phones and i think they are beginning to sound better and better... earlier on they were rather lacking in bass but it seems to feel better now. Sighz, dunno when i can get my hands on my ety e6is...

From what I had gathered at Headfi, the e6i has more than cosmetic changes in it... There's a thread on it where some guy from Etymotic Research responded on it, cant link the thread for you but it's around, supposedly the e6i is bassier now... As for e3c I am worried that they will turn up muddy like evil-zen has mentioned, and some in Headfi even mentioned that there seems to be a "veil" in the music coming from the e3cs, this has set me to thinking twice... Headroom seems to have a discount for the e6, they are going for USD$99 the last time Ive checked... Headache man...

Looking to get some canal earphones for my 4G ipod, and have my eyes set on the upcoming etymotic e6i or the shures e3c, can anyone advice me between the two? Looking to use them without an amp... I understand that since the e6i are not out yet, a direct comparison is not possible, hence would like to seek the views of pple who have had the opportunity to use the e3c before. Also, are there any shops in SLS where I can audition the e3c?

Juz did a quick survey on the site, the price including shipping can go frm bout S$55 each if there are 20 buyers to bout S$67 each if there are only 5 buyers. Hence if the reponse to the MO is poor, I'd rather safe the hassle and juz get 1 for myself... Pls do give mi ur opinions since I am new to this forum...
