  1. Hi people, just wondering if anyone may be interested in selling their AKG K701 or Senn HD650? Note I am in Australia so you'll have to be willing to ship here. Renesis
  2. Hi Shochu, I'm in Sydney do you mind PM'ing me the details? Just wondering how much was it and if there is any choice on colou Thanks!
  3. I'm not from singapore but I think I've read about people getting to audition UM2's, or was that on head-fi? Too much forum switching for me..... If you can't cheaper semi-canalphones like the Panasonics and Sony's should get you adjusted to it, or dive head in!
  4. IEM's like Shure and Ety give the best isolation, but you probably should audition them somewhere first to see whether or not you like the earplug type fit, given it takes a while to get adjusted to it in the first place. Another alternative is to try the lower end IEM's first such as the Pana HJE50 or Sony Ex71 and see how you like it and then move up to the higher end IEM's if you desire a higher fidelity sound and more isolation. Which ever way you go, just give it some time and you'll get used to it and will never go without them again in noisy situations!
  5. Still available, possible sale fell through. Price drop again, 305SGD plus shipping (about 25SGD I think)
  6. Here is the pic, sorry it was on the Head-Fi ad, forgot to put it here. Theres the bump on the grill halfway between the black bezel and the Beyer sign to the left which is hard to see, like a really small dent, and theres a minor scratch on the Beyer sign which is easier to see.
  7. Bump these are still available. Pics are here: http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b348/tur...is/IMG_2383.jpg http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b348/tur...is/IMG_2381.jpg
  8. Hi all, I've got a similar ad in Head-Fi, but just wondering in the slightest chance does anyone have a pair of A900LTD's they would be willing to trade for a pair of DT880's that are in pretty good condition, with one very minor cosmetic bump in the left cup. It will just come with the box as when I bought them it didn't come with manuals, extension cable or adaptor. I may be interested in other headphones but not sure at this stage so just let me know! Now selling for 305SGD plus shipping
  9. Bump! I'm interested in a Grado SR225 if anyone has one?
  10. Hi guys, I've done the amp experiment and at this stage I can't hear a difference between these with and without an amp on my DT880. Could be my source but I don't have the money to get an EMU. So I am entertaining any interest for a possible trade between these for either a pair of headphones (just checking interest so let me know what you have) or either maybe a soundcard. Basically the portaphile V2 is a portable amp that uses triple AD8610 opamps and with black gate caps. I'm the second owner although it has had very little use and the blue LED seems to have an intermittent connection so it's not always on. Pictures available on request. Let me know, Renesis PS: I'm in Australia and will make my decision in two weeks after I've got to sample some of the headphones I have in mind in a meet here in Sydney.
  11. I may be interested depending on how much it costs but I live in Australia. Have you heard about the Millet Hybrid?
