hi all, i got an E4 (grey) for sale. purchased the E4 from microphonesolutions.com, receipt is available. the order is placed on the 22nd of November, but i only recieved on the 8 of december via vpost. so technically its relatively new. comes in a standard package with everything included. only the foam sleves have been used. the phones are still its in run-in period and only about 3 to 4 hours of music have been runned in. bought the phones at a total cost of about SGD$337. prepared to let go at SGD$310. do drop me a line or sms @ 98350315 (Danny) to discuss. guys, anywhere is singapore can we try out headphones before buying? in particular the ATH-A900.. i would also like to plug in my G5 iPod to the phones. appreciate any help given..

Most earphones, when amped, will improve but its just that some only improve only that wee little bit. Earphones like E4, ER4S will improve a lot when amped. ER6i amped with PA2V2 will improve its bass. My Cresyn also had its bass boost when paired with PA2V2. Headphones tend to benifit more with an amp. But no one is stopping you if you wanna amp your westones! Buy one la....your wallet need to diet liao. IF you really want, i think a govibe will suit your requirements more as 5GiPod is said to have improved bass and UM2 have quite strong bass. A PA2V2 will further enhance the bass which will prob too much. Govibe is said to improve resolution and soundstage. Do a search at headfi on these amps and you will get all the info you need. whats ur portable rig setup? i'm on the G5 ipod + an E4 coming, what would u recommend for an amp?

erm... what did u mean by leaving a note for ur supplier? supplier as in the people i bought my phones from? or shure? damn scared that the ppl i buy the phones from dun send me my invoice..

i have gotten the LAME 3.97 beta 1 version, thing is that i dunno how to start using it.. in the preference -> advance -> importing screent, "import using" does not have the LAME encoder... can guide?

Get a case or protective film. So retail store don't have black iPod? most probably they will have it.. if not, whats the point of launching the black one? if they really dun have it in the retail stores, ask the people to get one for u lor.. if not do what jmilo and me did, buy online.. price are the same and they deliever it to ur door step..
