Banana stands can usually be found at the kitchenware section in supermarkets. Try ikea as well. If you don't need a stand you can also try large hooks (coat hangers etc from hardware stores) which you can stick on to the wall or any rigid vertical surface. Useful when you have lots of headphones to organise.

Ahhh... explains the need for the wide angle lens I expect to see pics from the trip.

Given that you have the finances & 'lobang' then just get the best lens you can afford & don't bother going up the ladder. In the long run you save yourself the trouble & expense.

Although not earphones, the Nokia N91 has a package that comes bundled with the Sennheiser PX200. You could also get it without the bundle & simply use your own headphones as it comes with a standard 3.5mm socket. Also, the N80 comes with a pop-port to 3.5mm socket converter allowing the use of standard headphones.

If you don't need it 12mm wide, add another $100 to your budget & you can get the Nikkor 17-55mm f/2.8

She: !?!?! WT*! Crazy freak!

She storms away, leaving me standing there......

 

The ideal sceniro will be she posing for a shot. Maybe the more outgoing or hiao type will allow a pic. Asking for a pic during 1st contact is more difficult than asking for her number!

Still waiting to get feedback from ablaze. Unless it was all an elaborate hoax in the run up to 1 April!!!

Further to that we want to find out whether you want the site to remain or otherwise. If so would you be interested to become part of the Admin/Moderating team. Some experience or knowledge would be a plus but we welcome anyone who is interested be it a newbie or senior member. The emphasis is on a team responsibility rather than one individual taking on the burden.

Is it possible for you to give it a little while longer before closing it down? The reason I ask is to give an opportunity for any of the other members who haven't got a chance to see this thread. It's a shame to let it go without making a try to save all those effort which was made by alot of people in the past.

I was thinking maybe we can have a proper announcement requesting someone/group of people to look after/take over the site from you. I am willing to be part of that team hoewever I need to learn how to do it & having a team to cover each other in the event 1 or the other cannot login.

Feel free to post the price & where (shop) you got it.
