oh..any idea how it works for pre and power amp setups?

Hi all! I've been wondering if home amps (integrated or power-pre amp combi) could be used together with headphones. Also, when i connect my MS1 to my dad's audiolab integrated amp, there would be no sound from the speakers but when I connect it to the set-up i have in my room (a rotel power-pre amp combi), sound would still come out from the speakers.. why so?!

price of the ms1 is competitive to the sr80. i'm sure uncle wilson would be able to make you an offer that you can't resist...

is that so? i suppose that very much has to do with what amp you're using too.. i'm a happy ms1 owner

Hung Brothers should still have stock. I bought them just yesterday at $8.50 a pair. Saw that there is still quite some stock left. And yeah..have to agree that they are more comfortable and they rest on the ears better.

hey...go take a listen of the Alessandros over at Jaben. I feel the MS1 is more outstanding than these 2 cans. The price of it is approx. near the price of a SR80. Furthermore, Wilson is a great guy to talk to. I was in your position about a month ago and i bought the MS1!

all too high end dudes... gg to get the MS1. spoke to Wilson over at Jaben and true enough, he's quite friendly! also tested the sr-60 and sr-80... not as fantastic.

can i use the MS1 without a headphone amplifier? if let's say i use it at home, can i just connect it to my rotel amp directly?

Hey all.. would like to know how do the 2 cans compare. i know usually they compare the sr-80 and MS1. but i'm more interested in the look of the above 2 cans...

i don't really get the neckstrap part.. how is it like? i've heard the sound of ex71. don't like it at all.. too pricey for it's sound quality anyway..
