the ASTINtrew cdp beside phonitor belongs to Cal. jig_sg is resolving some static issue with his Gilmore Stat. Amp Have you tried with kidult's setup? kidult is using phonitor and 640c. ASTINtrew cdp is really musical.

I guess he will go for balance since his Hd800 is balanced and using Da10 too. 1x 4 channel b22 and 1x 2 channel b22. the 2 channel b22 will also serve as spare to the 4 channel b22

Yeah I was quite surprise my rig can power HD800 and Stakyfied DT880 Best thing is hd800 sound so much better on my cheapo rig than the at Sennheiser Hd800 event rig Makes me wonder what is those hype on other forum on Leman Blackcube Still prefer Grado sound PS1 btw, i quite like Sky Audio Steve setup. Not sure if it is the amp or the tube cdp that make it sound very musical and enjoyable
