The new iPod Shuffle 1GB sounds really good. I find Creative's a little colored. Samsungs have produced some very good ones as well.

Hey ppl, I got my first IEM in the form of the CR MylarOne after auditioning many IEMS at Jaben last week. The better sq IEMs actually cost significantly more. If money was no object, I'll go home with the SF5pro...I like it much more then others. I have to say that all the pointers in this forum have been helpful. Auditioning them are crucial before purchase as comfort/fit and sonic preferences are not always the same as described by others.

My budget is about $100 and I use my PDA as my MP3 player. I dont have a dedicated MP3 player and I dont coil cables on a tight loop. I know they break easy. I listen to acoustic or live recordings mostly. Thx again.

I will be in Singapore for a few days next week and plan to get a budget IEM. I was wondering if there are any other IEM that offers high value for money performance besides the Mylarone. The IEMs that will interest me should be reasonably uncolored and reliable (dont breakdown easily under normal usage). Thanks for your time and advice. If you suggest a model, please also let me know what to expect in terms of the cost.

QC and failures are always very discouraging. How are the after sales support or warranty like?

Thx Mr Hobbit for your helpful comments. For those of you familiar with C Mylarone, may I ask this question? (The reviews are far too few currently). Do they cancel out noice effectively? I'd like a pair of IEM that works well in noisy environment. Picked up comments here and there on their audio performance. They seem very positive.

Hi, I am new to the forum. Been reading as much as possible. Can you give some help along the way? I was considering the Shure EC2 or Senn CX300 but became intrigue with the good reviews given on this IEM. How does it stack in performance comapres to the other 2?
