the atrios has a nice deep bass that doesn't overflow to the midrange. i find that the um2's bass is quite boomy and very unlike the atrios. so depends on what kind of bass you like!

this might sound really really weird, but anyone here diys rod stoppers? my grado sr325i comes without the rod stoppers (earlier model so i think they dont come with the stoppers booo) so when i hang them on a stand the drivers are in danger of slipping off the headband. do pm me! help is much appreciated!
