  1. The whispering in track 1 was spooky. Luckily I heard it at noon.
  2. I bought it at Dasio (IMM). Saw 5 left. Thought wanna get all but forgot to bring my NETS and only had some cash with me. It's near the entrance, the one without the casher.
  3. Thanks, I guess I'm happy with my 2 bucks banana stands for now.

Was wondering how long does it take for the batteries to run out? Been burning-in the amp as suggested for 1 whole day and haven change the batteries when I got them since Tuesday.
  5. Ha... Just bought 2 banana stands @ 2 bucks each. If you guys were wondering why I'm using comfys on my SR-80. The bowls are still wet as I washed them and the cloudy weather is not helping either.
  6. My bad. Lol...! Then the equation would be 50 / 16 = 3.125 or 3 pairs + bus tickets
  7. Try using imageshack.us. The files are capped at 1MB each and no restriction on the amount of pictures/storage.
  8. *Link removed* Was not supposed to post this anywhere as I overlooked the thread starter's trems. Sorry Guys One more thing those who downloaded the files do REFRAIN from distributing the files and it's best that you delete it.
  9. The only complain is that of microphonics. I can understand if you're comparing it with Shures. When I first bought the Shures I was like that freaking thick wires.
  10. I think with $50 you can get 6 pairs. 50 / 8 = 6.25 or 6 pairs + bus tickets
  11. afbug, where did you get those? Is it expensive?
  12. So how do I actually burn-in my amp. Just leave it on while playing music? As I know, there is a rough guideline to burn-in headphones so is there any for amps?

I'm actually using Hi-MD and currrently I'm using 352Kbps for my ripped CDs or 256Kbps (Hi-SP Atrac3Plus). Isn't the PA2V2 meant for portable use? So I'm not thinking of using the PCM mode on my unit. Whatever it is I just hope as you mention that I'll improve my listning skills.
  14. I use it to hang my webbing back in camp. Lol...! Maybe just DIY one since I'm clearing leave soon.

Anybody know how long does this amp needs for burning in? Saw a post in Head-Fi mentioning that the Hornet took about 200hrs. I just cannot imagine the amount of batteries needed to burn in my PA2V2 that long.

Is it due to the different DAC being used?
  17. I'm not too sure about Creative. Try calling them. Sony do sell spare earbuds if it can fit on your EP630 but at a hefty price. 8 bucks per pair if I'm not mistaken.
  18. Don't really get it. Amps also have a burn-in period? Sigh... Just got my PA2V2 and seems that it does nothing much other than an expensive volume control.

Some says line out is better as there are no equaliser settings enabled and the sound coming out is more 'natural'.

Yup I did. I used my old discman D-EJ925 which has a shared line out and optical out. Not so much of an improvment other than the abilty to control the volume.
  21. Really ?! Any pictures on it? Is SR-325i considered lower end? (Higher end being the reference series?)
  22. Been looking around for these but cannot find any. Want to get these before I get some expensive headphones (ATH-A900 or SR-325i). Currently my SR-80 is lying flat on the table and it looks pityful,

Mine is as stated in my signature. Sigh... Seems it's an expensive volume knob now.

Me too. Tried hard to listen for any improvements but can't hear any. Sigh...
