I hope that you guys are able to rectify your ksc-35s soon.... Mine is alright so far(touch wood),no sound distortion except that my ears hurt a bit when wearing it for prolong period of time (either the clip is too tight or I've got big ears?)

Out of curiousity,I unsderstand that KOSS has a lifetime warranty on it's products. Does the KSC-35 qualify? It's supposedly a discountinued model. Thanks. (question has also been posted in HWZ)
