  1. Hey if u're still looking for a wireless headphone Creative has a bluetooth one. And I think thy're portable but probably need batteries for the headset and transmitter. They should work with devices with bluetooth like a handphone or PDA without the transmitter.... but I 'm not so sure.
  2. Has anyone ever used the ulimate ears super.fi 3? I really need to decide which one I wanna get. A comparison would really help. Thanks.
  3. You mean the exact jack component ban be found in SG? I may need help then cos I know some basic soldering but removal not so much...
  4. Oops, I guess I don't need help anymore. I looked at the circuit board and tested some of the connections and found that the jack's soldering was loose. Soldered back already and it works fine again Thanks all.
  5. Hello forumers, I need a favour. I have been the proud owner of a PA2V2 for a year or so and I am very happy with it. However, due to overuse and an accident My precious little amp has ceased to function. What happened was I was listening to my amp and it dropped and hit the floor. The headphone socket was internally damaged but i managed to fix it temporarily. Now the headphones socket has a problem contacting with the plug I think, but I'm not sure. Anyway, I need someone who's experienced with electronics or with the PA2V2 to look at it. (Heady maybe you could help me...) PM me if you can help. Much appreciated!!
  6. it's ok. I already got my pouch. Besides, I want to open the amp up once in a while to charge the batteries. I know you can charge with an adaptor to the amp itself but I like to drain them first and then use the right battery charger. The last time I charged with the amp, the plastic battery casing melt off the batteries.
  7. of course I have, but the screws don't get hidden in all the way.
  8. I couldn't put my pa2v2 with my player cos the screws scratched them real bad. Had to get a pouch with two compartments to solve the problem.

Hi there guys, and girls, I need a question solved? Anybody know how to eq tag mp3s? I'm using an iRiver cd player that has the function, but I don't know how, so how? What software can I use? Much thanks to any help I can get.
  10. got foobar... but how to cross feed?
  11. Dunno if anybody knows this already but this could be a good product to look into. http://hm-arena.com/shop/product_info.php/.../products_id/32 I would get this for my portable amp at home...
  12. I have downloaded it! It sounds great! But have to tweak soundcard or player eq after because the effect loses some bass. I think this the sound that headroom amps were created for.
  13. No words, check it out http://www.yohng.com/headphones.html Anybody know of a substitute?
  14. nah, this is my first amp but i am oh-so-happy with the results.
  15. Wheee!!! Finally! The Amp has come to Sing-a-pore!!! I t came today!
  16. You can get the Sennheiser hd 280 pro for great genre flexibility and isolation for $200-230. I got mine, and I'm a happy camper now!
  17. Mine is on the way!! Woo hoo! Actually guys, dunno if i should do this but by e-mailing Gary through his website, you can purchase directly, without bidding, AND it's cheaper! I'm getting mine at US$60 (shipping inclusive) because I chose not to purchase the adaptor.
  18. cool! Just sent over a payment! And i'm using sennheiser's hd 280 pro and px 200!!! How cool is that! Thank God!!

    audio questions..

Actually, Dvds use compressed sound and video. Mpeg 2 or 4 I think.
  21. I have apair of px200s. And all that I can say is, THEY ROCK!!!! thank u.
  22. Ok guys, I finally bought the IRIVER IMP 150, and all that I can say is that it's great, or great to me as I'm not asking for features like the slimness, or the FM radio. I've used it with my PX 200s and the quality bypasses mediocre. My only gripe is the lack of Rechargable batteries and large power consumption if I play CDs. Looks like I'm gonna go get me-self Rechargable batteries and charger... Plus point for the IRIVERs, which I have yet to see in other portable players, is the ability to personalise the EQ. Sure it has presets, but I prefer to make shape my sound.
  23. Anyway, guys, I think me gonna get this IRiver IMP 150. It's got so many features!!! Plays mp3 AND WMA and I get software upgrades off the net!!! Only thing is, it's not as good as the other Iriver 350 i wanna get, but cheaper. Actually, I can get my hands on a 350 at relatively the same price but it would be 2nd hand with no warranty... How??
  24. Go the hung bros at Sim Lim Square.
