  1. I tried to get earpads for the Klipsch Image One headphone, and opened a support ticket. Today, they sent me an email asking if my address listed was correct. I replied YES. Then I got a rejection that their email was a "No Reply". So I called Klipsch support and waded through a hellish bunch of button pushes, many redundant, before I got a rep. I told her about the email, and she gave me a tongue-lashing about how stupid I was to try replying, instead of reading some very tiny print way at the bottom that said "no reply email". And then she hung up on me. This was possibly the worst tech support I've ever called, rivaling the Apple supervisor who hung up on me after lying over and over again insisting that Apple does not force-download iOS updates (they do). So there you are - Klipsch - very hostile and arrogant support.
  2. I am new here! Hello!! I have two Klipsch earphones (Image S4i and Image S4 II) which are not working anymore. Both were bought from Amazon.com some time this year and only lasted a few months. Since it was not bought locally, I heard the warranty is not covered? Is this true? One side of the earphones has stopped working and I would very much like to have it repaired. Where can I go to have this fixed? How much are the costs roughly? Hope it is affordable. Thanks very much for your help.

  4. Hi! Helping my friend sell off his BNIB Klipsch X11i. Retail Price at $569. Comes with local 2 years warranty. Reason of selling because when he bought it, he got a pair of Shure SE846 from his parents. X11i, a very good pair of earphones, tried it, compared to the old pair of x10i, definitely much better. Very light and comfortable. Just about 2 weeks ago, it also won the ST Digital Life Editor's Choice Award. Reviewed 4/5 stars. beating many pairs of earphones out- there. Selling at $530, if deal before this weekend $480. Definitely negotiable. Do drop me a text at 9 seven six eight eight one nine one and we can work out. Regards.
