I used my friends one at a lan shop today, it's platronics and i think i served me quite well. It goes for around 60 dollars, wat do u think? Blues 0 Report post Posted December 25, 2003 HP890 is good for music listening but otherwise is not very suitable for LAN gaming. For lan gaming, you would need(IMO in this order): -Isolation -Bass -Decent sound quality(imaging, etc) I have never heard the plantronics, but if you feel that it's good then by all means ALtec lansing one is pretty decent for its price too.
