MERTON 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2004 (edited) there's also the gorver cables that are silver... for less.. including the rca's... and siltech makes some silver/copper/gold hybrids for a reasonable price.. starting at $100 ( spearitaudio.com ... that's a new zealand cable company... they get good reveiws... supposed to blow van de hul's outa the water!) ... silver isn't always better... for bass there's the eric343 nitrogen cables... they supposedly match the vd nites but have more bass... for only $130.. i think... you can have more expensive rca's put on them if you like. Pure Silver Sound Appassionata, $1k a metre pair i believe but is generally agreed to sound better than the Kimber KCAG.
