The Mapletree Audio Design MAD EAR+ headphone amp with balance n pre-line out - upgraded brass knobs, blackgates + Alps Blue velvet - using two 12A4B & 1 5751 tube - customed and assembled by Prof Lloyd Peppard himself. The "Oringinal" Master Headphone Amp with Ext. Power supply - I think I've posted some writeups on them some months back - properly burn-ined and boxed.
