cmk 0 Report post Posted June 6, 2004 Just sold off my faithful pair of Vandersteens and plan to upgrade to a Cabasse which should arrive at the end of the month. Meanwhile, I'm Just played some Dire Straits "On Every Street" remastered CD. Man... it sounds really good. Glad I didn't sell the Melos or the AT W100s. With the 120ohm impedencer plug, it just sounds great! On Charismatic's comments about the W100 and HD600, I have this to add. The HD600 is quite a warm can, hard to dislike really. If I were to be picky, I'd say the mid-bass is a little full, which gives it a nice warm feel, like a blanket on a cold night.
