Would like to get a Senn hd600, heard this is kinda difficult to drive, is my amp suitable? Btw, the hd600 is rm1150 abd hd650 at rm1500 in Msia, price okay I think! Thanks for your input. Mackie 0 Report post Posted September 3, 2004 (edited) Most headphone circuitries on amps and cdps are not the best way to drive high resolution cans like HD600 but rest assured your int amp can drive this can to loudness U desire despite the high 300ohm impedance. However, do not expect to hear either HD600/650 at its best through the headphone socket on your Audiolab. Btw, it's a well known fact electronics and hifi products in Malaysia are usually priced relatively higher than S'pore. HD600 costs about $450-480 (RM1000-1080).
